How do I place on order on D’orable?
Hey, follow these quick steps to place an order on D’orable:
1. Click on the product you wish to purchase. Click ‘Buy Now’ and proceed to check out. Alternatively, you can ‘Add to Cart’ if you wish to continue shopping.
2. You do not have to register. Simply Guest login using your email id and enter the OTP generated to start shopping. However, we would love if Register yourself by creating an account.
3. Once you login, the products chosen will already be a part of the cart, click checkout and proceed with filling Shipping address and click ‘Continue to shipping’. Review your order. Add a valid coupon in the Discount code box and click Apply.
5. Continue with payment and choose from a wide range of payment methods. D’orable has partnered with Cashfree to ensure all the transactions are secure and encrypted.
6. Finally select your billing address. Select ‘Use a different Billing address’ should that match with your card or payment method. In case both billing and shipping address are same, click on ‘Same as Shipping’.
7. Click on ‘Pay Now’ and complete the payment. Congratulations, your D’orable Table is on its way to your Home.
How do I track the progress of my order?
You will receive an email and an SMS alert with the order information once the order has been dispatched. Simply click on the email link to track the delivery. Get in touch with us on support@dorable.in should you face any issues.
Is my order confirmed?

After placing an order, can I modify my delivery or billing address?
The shipping or billing address cannot be changed after an order has been placed for security and legal reasons. Reach out to us, if your address changed between placing an order and receiving a shipment. We will try and assist you.
What should I do if I want to return the product?
Don’t worry, all of our products are eligible for a 7-day return policy. However, please note that Returns are only permitted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product
- Defective Product
- Incorrect product
You may initiate Return by visiting the Shipping and Return tab in the website footer.
Login to your account, go to ‘My Orders’ and click on ‘Return this Product’. Once you initiate this process, please mail us 2 photos of the damaged product – one photo of the entire product and the a zoomed in view of the damaged/defective portion. This will enable to ascertain the reason of return. Our official representative will touch base with you within 36 hours. Once the refund complaint is authenticated, a reverse pick up will be initiated. We request you to keep all packaging materials intact. Refund will be processed after pick up and will be credited to your account within 7 working days.We would like to kindly inform you that a 10-12% difference in color may be influenced by factors such as the screen resolution of the client's device and the lighting conditions during photography. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept this as a valid basis for exchange or return.
Why was my ordered cancelled?
There is less probability of such occurrences. However, if your order is cancelled, it is could be because the item is out of stock, has not met D’orable’s quality checks, unforeseen events affecting the supply chain or location being unserviceable by the logistics team due to internal reasons.
Is there cancellation fee applicable for orders?
In case you wish to cancel BEFORE the order is dispatched, then you will receive a full refund. However, if you choose to cancel your order AFTER shipping then the refund will be processed by deducting a cancellation fee of 8%.

What should I do if my order is not placed and the order amount is deducted from my account?
Don’t worry, the amount will be refunded back to you within 4-7 days depending on the bank and payment mode chosen. If you still have queries, please feel free to reach out to our customer care.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t ship outside India. Should you wish to purchase a gift for someone who lives in India, please feel free to. In the near future we will be testing the international waters. Till then keep gifting an A D’orable table to your loved ones!
How do I assemble my Table?
All D’orable tables are easy to assemble and DIY (do it yourself). Please follow the simple assembly instructions given in the product packaging and you are good to go. No carpenter assembly is required. You can dismantle and store the table or easily shift to another location hassle free.
Do you have a studio?
No, currently we are operating via online platforms. However, we can schedule a video call in case you wish to see the product before purchasing.
Are you available on third party shopping websites?
Yes, we are currently available on Amazon. However, you will have wider range of products on the website.
Can you deliver my item faster than mentioned on the order page?
It is our endeavour to deliver D’orable tables within 7-10 working days. Delivering faster will depend on the logistics partner and the location. We will try our best to deliver as per your convenience. Express shipment is currently unavailable.
