This computer-generated record is considered as an electronic record and does not require any physical or digital signature. This document is complaint with the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 Rule 3 (1) which requires the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms and Conditions for access or use to www.dorable.in website.

The domain name www.dorable.in (hereinafter "Website") belongs to Di Parixat Decor and Lifestyle LLP a Limited Liability Partnership, incorporated under the section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, having its registered office at D-702, MANTRI ELEGANCE APARTMENT, BANNERGHATTA MAIN ROAD, BENGALURU, KARNATAKA - 560076. (hereinafter referred to as "D’orable").

Your use of the Website and its services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions  which apply to the Website and incorporate by reference any applicable policies. If You engage in a transaction on the Website, You are subject to the policies applicable to that transaction on the Website. By using this website, you are entering into a binding contract with Di Parixat Decor and Lifestyle LLP and these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute your legally binding obligations to D’orable. "You" or "User" shall mean, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as a Registered User using the computer systems.

 Who can access the website?

D’orable permits the User to browse the website and make purchases without registering. We, Our, and Ours shall refer to Di Parixat Decor and Lifestyle LLP (D’orable). When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including, but not limited to, Product Reviews, You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms and Conditions and shall be considered an integral part hereof. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms and Conditions for further updates or changes. Your continued use of the website after the posting of changes signifies your acceptance and agreement with the modifications. So long as You comply with these Terms and Conditions, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and utilize the Website.

 ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR CONSENT TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; THEREFORE, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING. By implicitly or explicitly accepting these Terms and Conditions, You also accept and agree to be bound by D’orable Policies (including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy located at Privacy) as they may be updated from time to time. 

Who qualifies to be a Member?

Membership Qualifications Use of the website is restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts in accordance with the Indian Contract Act of 1872. Those who are "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, such as minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not permitted to use the website. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to register as a User on the D’orable website, nor are you permitted to transact on or use the website. If you are a minor and wish to use or transact on the Website, your legal guardian or parents must do so on your behalf. If it is brought to D’orable's attention or if it is discovered that you are under 18 years of age, D’orable reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Website.

Your Account, Your Responsibility

Your Registration and Account Obligations You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Display Name and Password and for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block your access to the Website and refuse to provide You with access to the Website.

Correspondence and Communication

You agree and understand that when You use the Website or send us emails or other data, information, or communication, You are communicating with Us through electronic records and that You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us on a periodic basis or as needed. We may communicate with you through email or other electronic or non-electronic means.

Membership fee?

Membership on the Website is complimentary for purchasers. The D’orable website is free to use for browsing and purchasing. D’orable retains the right to modify its Fee Policy at any time. In particular, D’orable may, at its sole discretion, introduce new services and modify some or all of the currently available services on the Website. In such a case, D’orable reserves the right to introduce fees for newly offered services or modify/introduce fees for existing services. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website, and such 

changes shall take effect automatically upon posting. All fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including Indian law, when making payments to D’orable.

Binding Principles for Website Use

Utilizing the Website You agree, undertake, and confirm that Your use of the Website will be governed strictly by the following principles:

1. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:(a) does not belong to You and to which You do not have the right;(b) is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986;(c) is misleading in any way;  (d) is manifestly offensive to the online community, including sexually explicit content or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or similar; (g) promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous. (h) infringes or violates any third party's rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, privacy rights (including, without limitation, unauthorised disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address, or phone number), or publicity rights]; (I) promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person's copyrighted work (see "Copyright complaint" below for instructions on how to file a complaint regarding uploaded copyrighted material), such as by providing pirated computer programmes or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files; (j) contains restricted or password-protected pages, hidden pages or images (those not linked to or accessible from another page); (k) distributes content that exploits people in a sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate manner, or solicits personal information from anyone; (l) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or purchasing illegal weapons, violating the privacy of others, or providing or creating computer viruses; (m) includes video, photographs, or images of a third party (with a minor or an adult). n) attempts to gain unauthorised access to or exceeds the scope of authorised access to the Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend requests, or other areas of the Website, or solicits passwords or personally identifiable information from other users for commercial or illegal purposes; o) engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Our prior written consent, including contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes, as well as the purchase or sale of "virtual" products related to the Website. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "prior written consent" refers to a communication from D’orable's Legal Department in response to Your request and addressing the activity or conduct for which You seek authorization; (p) solicits gambling or engages in any form of gambling that, in Our sole discretion, is or could be construed as illegal; (q) interferes with the use and enjoyment of the Website by another USER or any other individual's use and enjoyment of similar services; (r) refers to any website or URL that, in Our sole discretion, contains inappropriate content for the Website or any other website, contains content that is prohibited, or violates the letter or spirit of 

these Terms and Conditions, harms children in any way; (t) violates any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right, or the trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy of a third party, or is fraudulent or involves the sale of counterfeit or stolen goods;(u) violates any law currently in effect; (w) impersonate another person;(x) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may cause damage to a computer's functionality. (z) shall not be false, inaccurate, or misleading;(aa) shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade, or attempt to trade in any item whose dealing is prohibited or restricted in any way under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation, or guideline for the time being in effect. (ab) shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or part) the services of Our internet service provider ("ISP") or other suppliers;

2. You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, programme, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure of the Website We reserve the right to prohibit such conduct.

3. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or to any server, computer, or network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, "password mining," or any other illegitimate means.

4. You shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website or any network connected to the Website, nor violate the Website's or any network's security or authentication measures. You shall not conduct or attempt to conduct a reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other User of or visitor to the Website, or any other customer, including any account on the Website not owned by You, to its source; or exploit the Website or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Website, in any manner where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than Your own information, as provided for by the Website.

You shall not make any negative, derogatory, or defamatory statement(s) or comment(s) about Us or the brand name or domain name used by Us, including the terms D’orable, D’orable.com, and www.dorable.in, or otherwise engage in any conduct or action that might tarnish the image or reputation, of D’orable, or otherwise tarnish or dilute any of D’orable's trade or service marks, trade name and/or goodwill You agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website's or D’orable's infrastructure, or the infrastructure of any system or network connected to D’orable.

6. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the Website's proper operation or any transaction being conducted on the Website, or with any other user's use of the Website.

7. You shall not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmission You send to Us via the Website or any service offered via the Website.

8. You shall not pretend to be or represent another individual or entity, nor may you assume their identity. You may not use the Website or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of D’orable and/or others.

9. You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, as applicable and as amended from time to time, as well as all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to, Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Service Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Value Added Tax You shall not engage in any transaction that is prohibited by any applicable law, including exchange control laws or regulations currently in effect.

10. You agree to grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, database rights, or any other rights , your information in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information, so that we do not infringe on any rights You may have in Your information. We will only use Your information in accordance with the Website's applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.

11. You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users of the Website to buy or sell any products or services, including, but not limited to, those displayed on the Website or those related to us.

12. You are not permitted to send chain letters or unsolicited commercial or junk email to other Users through the Website. Use of any information obtained from the Website to harass, abuse, or harm another person or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to anyone other than Us without Our prior explicit consent is prohibited. In order to protect Our Users from such advertising or solicitation, We reserve the right to restrict, at Our sole discretion, the number of messages or emails that a user may send to other Users in any 24-hour period.

D’orable reserves the right to remove or modify any content that, in its sole judgement, violates or is alleged to violate any applicable law or the spirit or letter of these Terms and Conditions. Despite this right, YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF MATERIALS YOU POST ON THE WEBSITE AND IN PRIVATE MESSAGES. Please be advised that posted content does not necessarily reflect the views of D’orable. D’orable assumes no responsibility or liability for any Content posted, or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of Content and/or the appearance of Content on the Website. You hereby represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights in and to all Content that You provide and all information contained therein, and that such Content does not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any defamatory, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information. It is possible that other users (including unauthorized users or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Website, and You may be exposed to such offensive and obscene materials inadvertently.

14. Due to your use of the Website, it is also possible for third parties to obtain personal information about you, which they may use to harass or harm you. 15. D’orable shall have the right to take all necessary action and claim damages that may result from your involvement/participation anywhere including groups in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services) in any way, be it intentionally or unintentionally.

D’orable Property

Text, images, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork (collectively referred to as "Content") are the sole property of D’orable. No portion of the Website and no Content/image/artwork/design/design on any furniture can be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, Website, or other medium for publication or distribution or for commercial purposes, without D’orable's express prior written consent. You may download product and service information from the Website, provided that You (1) do not remove any proprietary notice language from all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) do not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents. You are responsible for all notes, messages, design concept, design theme, emails, billboard postings, photos, drawings, profiles, opinions, ideas, images, videos, and audio files posted or transmitted to the Website (collectively, "Content"). These materials will become Our property, and You grant Us worldwide, perpetual, and transferable rights to them. Personal information may be shared with our other corporate entities and affiliates. Unless you opt out explicitly, these entities and affiliates may market to you as a result of this sharing. We may share personal data with third parties. This disclosure may be necessary for us to provide you with access to our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our User Agreement, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities involving our Services. Our ecommerce platform is Shopify Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell you our products and services online. Your data is stored using Shopify's data storage, databases, and the Shopify application as a whole. Your information is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. Our store may leverage Google Analytics to assist us in determining who visits our website and which pages are viewed.

D’orable is not liable to You in any way or in connection with the Website's Contents, use, or otherwise. D’orable makes no warranty that this site; information, Content, materials, product (including software), or services included on or otherwise made available to You via the Website; their servers; or electronic communication sent by Us are free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing on the Website constitutes or is intended to constitute any type of advice. All Products sold on the Website are governed by different state laws, and if D’orable is unable to deliver such Products due to the implications of different state laws, D’orable will return or credit the amount (if any) received in advance from the sale of the Product that could not be delivered to You. When placing an order on the website, you will be required to enter a valid phone number. By registering Your phone number with Us, You consent to receive phone calls and/or SMS notifications from Us in the event of any order, shipment, or delivery-related updates. Unless you are a member of our loyalty programme, we will not use your personal data to initiate promotional phone calls or SMS.

Services

1. For payment via any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You as a result of:

       a. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
       b. Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and "Bank/s", or
       c. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
       d. Decline of transaction for any other reasons.

You must make all payments for purchases and services on the Website in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transactions involving any other form of currency in relation to Website purchases. Before shipping / delivering your order to you, D’orable may require you to provide documentation (such as a government-issued photo identification and/or a bill showing the same address) to verify your ownership of the payment card used to make the purchase. This is done to provide Our Users with a secure environment for online shopping.

2. Further: You have expressly authorised D’orable or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments and/or the Transaction Price electronically or via Cash on Delivery to and from other Users for transactions facilitated by the Payment Facility.

3. You acknowledge, accept, and agree that the payment facility provided by D’orable is neither a banking nor financial service, but rather a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, as of now we DO NOT receive payment through Cash On Delivery unless further changes, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the D’orable Website utilising the existing authorised banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. In addition, by providing Payment Facility, D’orable is not acting as trustees or fiduciaries in relation to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.

Payment Capabilities for Customers:

• You, as a Buyer, acknowledge that upon initiating a Transaction, You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with D’orable to purchase the products and/or services from D’orable using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price to D’orable via Your Issuing Bank using the Payment Facility.
• You, as the Buyer, may agree with D’orable via electronic communication, electronic records, and the automated features provided by Payment Facility on any extension / increase in the Dispatch and/or Delivery time, and the Transaction shall be amended to that extent. Any such extension / increase of Dispatch / Delivery time or subsequent novation / variation of the Transaction must adhere to Payment Facility Rules and Policies.
• You, as the Buyer, shall notify Payment Facility electronically using the appropriate D’orable Website features immediately upon Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies. Non-notification by You of Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies will be construed as Delivery for that Transaction
• As a Buyer, you may request a refund of the Transaction Price (as your sole and exclusive remedy) if you do not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed upon in the Transaction or within the time period specified in the Policies, whichever is earlier. You are ineligible for a refund if you fail to submit a refund claim using the website's features within the allotted time.
• As a Buyer, you acknowledge that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain categories of products and/or services and/or Transactions, as set forth in the Policies, and that you may not be entitled to a refund for Transactions involving such products and/or services.
• Refunds shall be made exclusively in Indian Rupees and shall be equivalent to the Indian Rupee Transaction Price received.
• Refunds for electronic payments must be processed via NEFT/RTGS or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). • Refunds will be subject to conditions and D’orable will have recourse in the event of Buyer misuse.
• Refund is contingent upon Buyer's compliance with Policies.

D’orable reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price that it may accept from an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card/ Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual

D’orable reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a history of questionable charges, including but not limited to breach of any agreements between Buyer and D’orable, breach/violation of any law, or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or violation of policy.

In the event that D’orable is unsatisfied with the Buyer's creditworthiness or the legitimacy of the Transaction / Transaction Price, it reserves the right to reject the receipt / Buyer's commitment to pay Transaction Price. D’orable may delay notifying the buyer of the payment confirmation if it suspects fraud or if the buyer is conducting a large number of transactions in order to protect the Transaction and Transaction Price.

Additionally, D’orable may hold Transaction Price and may not Dispatch or remit Transaction Price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding the same to Buyer) at the request of law enforcement officials or if the Buyer is engaged in any illegal activity. 8. The Buyer acknowledges that D’orable is not liable for any damages, interests, claims, etc. resulting from D’orable's inability to process a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price caused by circumstances beyond D’orable's control.

Buyer and Issuing Bank:

All Valid Credit / Debit / and Other Payment Instruments are Processed Using a Credit Card Payment Gateway or Appropriate Payment System Infrastructure, and are governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company. All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed through the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank that supports Payment Facility in order to offer these services to the Users. All of these Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also subject to the terms and conditions agreed to by the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

Conformity to  the Law:

Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws (including, but not limited to, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued thereunder and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under,

Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, EXIM (Export Import )Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using the Payment Gateway/Facility and D’orable Website.

Indemnification

Return Policy

D'orable's return or exchange policy is only applicable to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. 

All Products come with a return policy of 7 days which can be initiated from the “Shipping and Returns’ section of the website. Post initiating the return our team will get in touch with you within 48hours to ascertain the issue. Post that you will be requested to send us two images of the product (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) to determine the reason for the return and refund initiation. Should item be out of stock, a refund of the same amount will be initiated. We would like to kindly inform you that a 10-12% difference in color may be influenced by factors such as the screen resolution of the client's device and the lighting conditions during photography. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept this as a valid basis for exchange or return.

If D’orable suspects or knows that any of its buyers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide false, misleading, or otherwise non-genuine claims or information, D’orable may suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the Display Name of such buyer and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this policy, while reserving the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the member. D’orable reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against any user who files a claim that is invalid and/or false, or who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the aforementioned legal proceedings, D’orable may, at its sole discretion, suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify such user and any related users from receiving protection under this programme. Any person who knowingly files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information with the intent to harm, defraud, or deceive may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 D’orable prohibits the use of racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene language in public areas. This policy applies to text within listings, as well as all other areas of the site that a User may view. If the profane words are included in the title of the item being sold, we will "blur" the majority of the offending word (e.g., s*** or f***) with asterisks.

Please report any policy violations to the appropriate department for review:

Email Abuse & Threat Policy

Private communication, including email correspondence, is not regulated by D’orable. D’orable encourages its Users to be professional, courteous and respectful when communicating by email.
However, D’orable will investigate and can take action on certain types of unwanted emails that violate D’orable policies.

Such instances:

Threats of Bodily Harm - D’orable does not permit Users to send explicit threats of bodily harm.
Misuse of D’orable System - D’orable allows Users to facilitate transactions through the D’orable system, but will investigate any misuse of this service.
Spoof (Fake) email - D’orable will never ask you to provide sensitive information through email. In case you receive any spoof (fake) email, you are requested to report the same to Us through 'Contact Us' tab.
Spam (Unsolicited Commercial email) - D’orable's spam policy applies only to unsolicited commercial messages sent by D’orable Users. D’orable Users are not allowed to send spam messages to other Users.
Offers to Buy or Sell Outside of D’orable - D’orable prohibits email offers to buy or sell listed products outside of the D’orable Website. Offers of this nature are a potential fraud risk for Buyers.
D’orable policy prohibits user-to-user threats of physical harm via any method including, phone, email and on Our public message boards.
